The City of Oglethorpe is deeply saddened to share the passing of former Mayor Bruce Hill. Mayor Hill served our community with faithful dedication and genuine desire to improving the lives of the people of Oglethorpe. His leadership and love for our city, state, and country left a lasting impact that will continue to be felt for years to come. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his devoted wife Clara, the entire Hill family, his friends & loved ones, and all who were touched by his life of service. Please join us in keeping them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
